Academy Tuition
Here at Merry Melody Music Academy we use a monthly tuition system. Tuition is based upon a monthly rate and not upon a student's attendance. We do offer regular makeup opportunities for the inevitable schedule conflict or occasional cold. If you have any questions about our tuition rates or policies, please call or email!
Tuition Rates
All rates below are per student, per month.
Weekly 50 Minute Group Classes
$85 per month
Weekly 30 Minute Private Lesson
$120 per month
Weekly 60 Minute Companion Lesson
$150 per month
Weekly 60 Minute Private Lesson
$220 per month
Semester Book Fee
Each student will have a $35, one-time book fee each semester

This is a one-time payment and you will receive a $10 discount for 1/2 hour classes and a $20 discount for one hour classes with each full-semester payment!
Pay in two parts for the full semester tuition **
This is a one-time payment and you will receive a $5 discount with your second payment!

This option allows you to spread your costs over the entire semester with an automatic payment coming out each month!

Tuition Policies
General Tuition Policies
Tuition is based on a monthly rate and NOT upon a student's attendance.
We do not offer refunds for missed classes or lessons.
Auto-pay is the preferred payment method; all other methods of payment are subject to a processing fee.
Make checks payable to Merry Melody Music Academy.
Payments are due upon the invoice date. A late fee of $10 will be applied to invoices that are 3 or more days overdue.

Tuition rates are set at the beginning of each academic year and will NOT be altered or refunded.
We do offer monthly, group makeup lesson opportunities for the inevitable schedule conflict or illness. Please see our Makeup Lesson Policies on page 6 of the handbook.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied for each student that withdraws early from semester or term.
To withdraw early from classes/lessons students must provide 2 WEEKS of written notice prior to withdrawing.
Tuition will NOT be refunded or altered in anyway. All payments are final.
Payment Options: Example
Option #1
Students can make a one-time tuition payment for the semester (Jan.-May) (June-Aug.) or (Sept.-Dec.) and receive a $10 discount for paying in full.
Option #2
Students can choose a two-time payment and receive a $5 discount off the second payment. Students are REQUIRED to sign up for auto-pay.
Option #3
Students can choose to pay each month. No discounts will be applied and students are REQUIRED to pay with auto-pay only. No exceptions will be made.
