Academy Tuition

Here at Merry Melody Music Academy we use a monthly tuition system.  Tuition is based upon a monthly rate and not upon a student's attendance.  We do offer regular makeup opportunities for the inevitable schedule conflict or occasional cold.  If you have any questions about our tuition rates or policies, please call or email!

Tuition Policies

General Tuition Policies

1. Tuition is based on a monthly rate and not upon a student's attendance.

2. We do not offer refunds for missed classes or lessons.

3. Auto-pay is the preferred payment method; all other methods of payment are subject to a processing fee.

4. Make checks payable to Merry Melody Music Academy.

5. Payments are due upon the first lesson/class of each month.  A late fee of $10 will be applied to invoices that are 3 or more days overdue.

6. Equipment/supply fees are due each semester and are non-refundable.  This fee is charged per student and covers the cost of recitals, books, materials, etc.

Cancellation Policy

To withdraw early from classes/lessons students must provide 2 WEEKS of written notice prior to the next month or they will be billed for the next month of lessons.  A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied for each student that withdraws early from a term.
